The upstairs living area is open plan and has many large windows. 2 sets of French glass doors lead out onto a large deck, taking full advantage of the views.A BBQ and outdoor furniture make this a great place to relax.

There is a full sized electric stove and fridge. Also: a microwave and TV with a DVD player. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and well set out, with ample space. There is a bath in bathroom as well as a shower, a separate toilet, combustion and gas heaters and reverse cycle air conditioning.

The laundry is downstairs. 2 automatic washing machines and an outside clothesline complete the picture.

The backyard is totally fenced and this house welcomes well-behaved pets.

Tariff:

Christmas school holidays to end of January and Easter $1200.00 per week for up to 6 people.

Other school holidays, February to after Easter $750.00 per week for up to 6 people.

Rest of the year,up to 6 people $650.00 per week.

Over 6 (max 8) $100 per person per week, regardless of season.
