Carpet and top quality tiles, galley kitchen, plenty of cupboards. Large open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows and doors leading onto the balcony. Efficient reverse cycle heating and cooling for comfort.
All new furnishings. New appliances including Fridge, Microwave, and front-loading washing machine. There is a TV with DVD player and video, and a stereo upstairs for CD’s and radio.
Bathroom has large shower cubicle and full sized bath.
Just the place to recharge the batteries and read that book you have been keeping for months, or to indulge in a bit of bird watching or photography.
Go for great walks in the surrounding countryside, or a 5 min drive will take you to the beautiful lake and ocean beaches.
Well-behaved PETS ARE WELCOME under prior arrangement only. (A fee will apply and a bond, as there is new fawn carpet throughout!)
There is an internal, carpeted staircase, not suitable for very small children.

Main bed room: Queen size bed
Second bedroom: Double sofa bed
Third bedroom: Queen size bed and 1 set of bunks
Pillows and Doonas are provided, also extra blankets. Please bring your own linen.
TARIFF: From beginning of December School Holidays and January, Easter week: $1430.00 per week.
Mid-Season: February to end of April, other school holidays: $1050.00 per week
Rest of the year: $ 720.00 per week.
