Downstairs there is a "rumpus" room, with a pull out double sofa.
There is also a very large bed room with three single beds. There is also a bath room with shower and toilet.
The laundry has an automatic washing machine.
As well as a carport there is a large garage.
The house is 5 minutes from the lake and about 1.5km from Town Central.
