The apartment is carpeted through out, with lino in the wet areas.
Main bedroom: king sized bed, separate door leading to front deck.2 singles in 2nd bedroom, 1 single couch. All bedding is supplied, but we ask that you bring your own towels.
Both bed rooms have built in wardrobes. The spacious living dining area has a television and VCR,CD & DVD players,comfortable lounges and chairs and a stunning view over the bottom lake and islands.
Gas heating,air conditioning for cooling in Summer.
There is off street parking for boats and cars and a covered carport.
This apartment sleeps four people.
There are stairs (first floor) and an unguarded balcony, which makes the unit unsuitable for small children.
NON smoking apartment
NO Pets please, unless special arrangements are made before hand. The owner lives in residence and has a cat!
There is a laundry downstairs with a dryer and automatic washing machine.
A wood fired BBQ and outdoor furniture and near the shadehouse on the ground floor.
Own separate entrance.
Literarily over the road from the lake. A pathway leads to your jetty from the front of the house.
About 3/4 km from the main centre of Mallacoota, which makes it a pleasant walk (and a way to burn off some of the calories from our wonderful bakery!!)
Tariff: Peak season (December-Jan school holidays and Easter hols):$1055.00 per week.
Mid Season( February to April, April & Sept Hols): $560.00 per week.
Off peak( rest of the year): $495.00 per week.
Minimum stay 3 days $500.00 mid and off peak only.
WINTER SPECIAL $400.00 per week
