The house is open plan living, with floor to ceiling windows over looking the lake and has a comfortable and expansive lounge room. reverse cycle air conditioning.
Heat bank heating, overhead fans for cooling in Summer. TV,DVD player.
The kitchen contains a full sized fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher, elctric hotplates,wall oven and a microwave.
The bedroom configuration is: Two Queen sized bedrooms, 2 singles in the next bedroom and a further single bed in the last room. A sofa bed in the lounge gives enough sleeping room for 8 (maximum)
All beds have electric blankets, doonas and pillows. Extra blankets and pillows are provided.
There is a separate toilet, laundry with automatic washing machine,dryer and an outside clothesline.
Off street parking and a double garage are provided.
There is also a paved, secluded and private back barbeque area with outdoor furniture and a spacious umbrella. This features a new beaut gas BBQ with wok burner, or for the more traditionally minded way to a burnt snag..a wood-fired stone BBQ with wood provided.
This is a non-smoking house.

Mid Season (February to April and school holidays) $735.00 per week.
Off Peak: rest of the year. $615.00 per week.
