This spacious house features a separate living room with reverse cycle air conditioning, gas space heating, TV, VCR, DVD, stereo CD player. In here is also a pull out double futon.

There are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading out onto the broad front balcony. From here it is possible to see most of the bottom lake, with bird colonies and many interesting things to look at through the binoculars. See storms form over Howe Range, watch Gabo lighthouse flash each night, warning passing ships. Watch the Sydney to Hobart yachts pass, also whales in season.

Watch sunrise and sunset over this most beautiful vista and feel a part of this unspoilt wilderness area.

There is a separate dining kitchen area with a slow combustion heater, full sized electric stove (supplementary gas burners in the utility room). A dishwasher and a microwave help in the kitchen.

There are sliding doors onto the balcony from here too. A large gas BBQ outside here, and plenty of comfortable seating makes it easy to take advantage of the views whilst relaxing in comfort.

There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets in the spacious walk-in wardrobes. The beds have doonas.

The bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There is one toilet upstairs and one down, with an extra shower there, along with a washing machine.

Rainwater is provided, great for washing your hair or making those perfect ice cubes for long drinks enjoying the scenery from upstairs. There is a bountiful lemon tree for your use: fresh lemon cordials or for the fish you catch!

Completely fenced, off road parking for boats and cars. Quiet street.
