A telescope is provided for bird watching, as there is a large colony of water birds directly across from here.

Open plan living/dining area with a PIANO! There is also a large front deck with a good sized BBQ. This is partly covered for shelter and has outdoor furniture.
The full sized kitchen contains a fridge freezer, microwave,gas stove. This area also has wide windows over looking the lake. Even washing up will be a pleasure!
Separate toilet. Bath and shower. laundry with automatic washing machine.
Three large bedrooms with built in robes. One has an en suite.
Beds: 3 Queen sized, 1 set single bunks.
Plenty of off the street parking. Jetty hire available, straight in front of the house. ($10.00 per day)
