The house is well-insulated from the effects of the mudbrick walls.
Two bathrooms. Kitchen has full sized electric stove and fridge.
Microwave, TV(no DVD or VCR),automatic washing machine and small drinks fridge in laundry.
Phone for local and incoming calls.(Other use by negotiation)
Outside small BBQ (round) and chairs.
Front balcony to enjoy the views.
Off street parking.
NON smoking house.
No pets please.
TARIFF
Christmas school holidays and Easter week $1320.00 per week
Mid season: February to April, other school holidays $740.00 per week
Off peak: rest of the year $630.00 per week.
Long weekends $500.00 mid season, and off peak only.
$100.00 per week per person if over 8 people (max.10 if these people are young children)
