Relax and wind down, staying in this very well-appointed 2 bed roomed house, with extensive views over the river and surrounding National Park.

15 minutes from Mallacoota by car, 10 minutes to Genoa and the Princes Highway.

THIS is Victoria’s best kept secret.

The house is situated on a gentle hill overlooking the water. It comprises of a QS bedroom, 2 singles in the second room and a futon couch in the front room for that extra guest.

(It sleeps a maximum of 6 people)

BYO linen. The beds have doonas and there are pillows and extra blankets.

The living room and bedrooms are carpeted, the other rooms have tiles and lino.

There is a full sized automatic washing machine and an outside rotary hoist.

The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower. The toilet is separate.

Modern full sized electric kitchen with microwave,stove,oven and fridge.

Comfortable living/dining area with a slow combustion heater for winter and fans for summer cooling. Clock radio, TV(satellite) B.Y.O. DVD, or hire one in Mallacoota.

Outside, downstairs in the lovely flower filled gardens, there is a gazebo,outdoor furniture and a wood BBQ. A large rainwater tank supplies water.

There is under cover parking for 2 cars. Jetty and boat hire available.

Tariff

Peak Season (Christmas to mid February, Easter) $825.00 per week

Shoulder Season (Late February, March and school holidays) $660.00 per week

Off Peak Season(rest of year) $495.00 per week. Part week and weekend packages negotiable.

Maximum 6 people, over 4 people $100 per week each extra.
