with cut up wood supplied.

Large front covered balcony to enjoy the views from.
A few minutes from the river and Genoa, 10 to Gipsy Point with its great fishing and about 20
minutes from Mallacoota's lake and ocean beaches and shops.

There is also a spare mattress in the study for an extra person.
Sleeps 4. Extra person $100 per week,regardless of season.
Tariff: Christmas school holidays and Easter week $850.00 per week.
Mid season(February to after Easter) $750.00 per week.
Rest of year $550.00 per week.
