Downstairs has a self contained 1 bedroom Unit with Double bed, ensuite, combined kitchen and living area .TV, DVD, Electric oil filled heaters for heating and fans for cooling, also with a lovely patio to sit and watch the sun go down on whilst cooking on the new Bbq . All the beds have Doonas, pillows, blankets, mattress & pillowcase protectors but you need to bring your personal linen such as sheets, pillowcases and towels. The combined property sleeps 6, 4 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Pets by arrangement as the property is not fenced and No Smoking inside the home please.

Is based on whole of House, please check with the Agent for separate rates for either Upstairs or Downstairs.
High Season: All Christmas School Hols from 15 Dec to 3rd Feb and Easter 12 April to 27 April at $1370.00 – minimum is 1 week.
Mid Season: 4th Feb to 11 April (Excluding Easter), July School Holidays up to start of Christmas School Hols on 15 Dec at $980.00 minimum 1 week.
Low Season: 1st May to 31 Aug inclusive (excluding July School Holidays) at $770.00 minimum 1 week.
Off Peak: Min 3 day Weekend – $550 max 6 person only
Please note Extra Person is $100 per week regardless of Seasons
