New three bed room house with stunning views over the lake and ocean. Spacious, comfortable and very well appointed.
Open plan living room with floor to ceiling windows to take in the views.
Electric space heating, flow through and fan cooling. Full sized gas stove. Modern fridge freezer and dishwasher. Microwave. A cook's kitchen with the best view at the sink!
Plenty of down lighting, TV with surround system, DVD and VCR.
Bed configuration: 2 rooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds. There is also 2 extra single pull out beds for emergencies(tariff increases over 6 people)
Main bed room has floor to ceiling glass overlooking the views.
Both adults bedrooms have pivotel(wall mounted)TV's.
Bathroom has laundry with automatic washing machine and trough behind cupboard doors.Outside Hills Hoist for drying.
Plenty of outside furniture.
Off street parking under cover for one car, 2 other off street spaces, one suitable for a boat.
One street off the water,easy walking distance to Mallacoota. Quiet area in a cul-de-sac.
Pets by special appointment only (small dog) A bond will be requested.
Completely fenced back yard.
TARIFF
High season: Christmas school holidays and Easter Week $ $1200.00 per week
Mid Season: End of Christmas school holidays to end of April( excluding Easter,all
other school holidays and September 1st to Christmas hols. $800.00 per week
Low season: 1st May to 31st August inclusive. $650.00 per week
3 day long weekend $580.00 mid & shoulder seasons only
Over 6 $100 per person per week, regardless of season.
