The kitchen is electric, with a half sized fridge and microwave. There is a separate bathroom, with a shower and a separate toilet. There is a laundry with an automatic washing machine and ample outdoor drying space. The living room has stylish and comfortable furnishings and a television. Outside parking can accommodate a boat. The owners are a couple in residence that live totally apart from the flat.
