This outstanding B&B and flat are part of a large house overlooking Howe Range and the lakes and ocean. There is a private and sheltered outside area, with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, so one can fully appreciate the magnificent views. In B&B is a television, cassette tape player and CD player. (no DVD or VCR but can be hired 03 51 580 666) The flat consists of a double bedroom with queen-sized bed. A doona and electric blanket are supplied. There are also extra pillows and blankets. The bedroom is tastefully furnished and carpeted and has a built in wardrobe. The floors in the rest of the flat are polished wood, with rugs. The kitchen is electric, with a half sized fridge and microwave. There is a separate bathroom, with a shower and a separate toilet. There is a laundry with an automatic washing machine and ample outdoor drying space. The living room has stylish and comfortable furnishings and a television. Outside parking can accommodate a boat. The owners are a couple in residence that live totally apart from the flat. In the flat there is a CD player, a TV and a cassette tape player.(no VCR or DVD players, but can be hired on 03 51 580 666 There is also B&B accommodation available,which consists of a bedroom. en-suite and small private lounge with a TV and tea making facilities.
