This three bedroomed house has stunning views over the lake and mountains.

The spacious open plan living dining and kitchen areas take full advantage of the vistas, with picture windows and also a side balcony,with entry steps. there are two electric wall heaters and a wonderful stone surrounded open fireplace.
The front bedroom, off to the side has an ensuite.Great views of the lake through the full length windows. The spacious second bedroom has a set of bunks and 1 single bed. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed and another signle bed.There is a walk in wardrobe and an en suite with "grab" rails to the toilet and shower. There is also an extra folding bed in the cupboard.

Large laundry with shower and a further seperate toilet.All modern conveniences. Large full sized gas stove, huge fridge and freezer, microwave, automatic washing machine, TV,DVD solar boost to hotwater. 2 airconditioners.

Easy and level back access. Ample parking for cars,some parking for smaller boats(area being totally re vegetated by owners)

There is a myriad of wildlife, with the owners planting indigenous trees,grasses and shrubs. You have seed and a bird feeder to enjoy heaps of parrots,galahs and other featherfed friemds. The gardens are regualrly visited by lyrebirds, bower birds, bandicoots,koalas and kangaroos. (see photo under text,male satin bowerbird)
