club and bowls. Although the shopping centre is only a short walk
away the house is very
secluded, being fully fenced and facing away from the road.
There is a comfortable living area looking out over the gardens .
A television, VCR,DVD and
cassette player are provided. Heating is slow combustion in
living room and an oil filled electric heater. The house has carpet
and parquetry tiles. The kitchen has a full sized electric fridge
and a large electric stove,dishwasher
and microwave.
There are three good sized bedrooms two with 2 single beds each, one
with a double. Blankets and pillows are provided.
There is a laundry with an automatic washing machine and ample outdoor
drying space.
This is a non smoking house. No pets please.
