This comfortable and spacious house has spectacular views over the lake, ocean and Howe Range.

There is a private and sheltered outside area at the back, balconies on two sides of the house, with a BBQ and outdoor furniture so that you can fully appreciate the magnificent views.

The house consists of three bedrooms, one with QSbed, walk in wardrobe and en suite. The others are one single bed room with two beds and a double bedroom. Doonas and pillows are provided. BYO towels, other linen supplied.

There is a separate shower and toilet and large laundry with an automatic washing machine and dryer and ample outdoor drying space.

The living, dining and kitchen are open plan and have large expanses of windows looking out over the lake. The bedrooms have carpet, the other areas are beautiful timber floorboards. The kitchen is electric and also has a microwave, a dishwasher and a full sized fridge.There is a Nobo heater in the sitting area and good summer flow through ventilation, with electric fan assistance.

The living room has stylish and comfortable furnishings and a television and DVD.

Outside parking can accommodate boats. (garage is locked for personal use)

Peak Christmas & Easter $ 1,100 per week. All other school holidays $640.00 per week. february to Easter $600 per week (negotiable)
