This beautiful and secluded mud brick property is situated in landscaped gardens overlooking the lakes and ocean, with the Howe Range as a backdrop. It is set back off the road, and is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic and plenty of room for parking of both cars and boats. The views are some of the best in Mallacoota. An extensive herb garden is provided for use by guests.

The Government jetty, from which it is an easy matter to launch and also moor your boat is just at the bottom of the hill, about three minutes away. John's house is on the border of the National Park but close to all amenities in Mallacoota. ( 7 minutes away by car)

The spacious interior of this ground floor flat is finished in wood, with slate floors and first class furnishings throughout.

There are two bed rooms, one with Queen sized bed,the other with two single beds.There is also a pull-out double bed couch in the living room.

All beds have doonas and there are extra blankets if required. Please bring your own linen unless prior arrangements have been made.
Separate toilet and bathroom, separate laundry with washing machine & dryer.

Television, DVD,gas heating, microwave, full sized kitchen with stove & fridge.

Private patio and use of BBQ.

Reasonable rates for a great flat.

Private patio with use of BBQ. Private deck out from upper bedroom.
