Attractive and tastefully furnished 4 bedroomed house,offering spectacular 180 degree views,just 2 minutes by car and 15 minutes by foot in Mallacoota township centre.

This two-storey timber and brick house, with a front balcony,gives extensive and spectacular 180 degree lake and ocean views over the Howe Ranges, Gabo Island, Lakes and Ocean.

Watch Gabo Island lighthouse flashing by night or the ocean traffic passing down this remote and beautiful coastline by day.

There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one Queen and one Double. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with 1 double & 1 single bed.One with 3 single beds. Total sleeping is 10 people. There is a $100 fee per person per stay for over 8. Quilts and quilt covers are provided, so please bring all other personal linen such as sheets, pillowcases and towels.

The generous kitchen,meals and living area upstairs have everything you require for a relaxed and comfortable holiday.There is a dish washer and reverse cycle air conditioning,

a full sized fridge,gas oven and cooktop, a separate electric cooktop, microwave, combustion heater,TV,VCR/DVD, CD stereo,gas BBQ and outdoor setting. There are screens to all windows and doors.

There are 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) each with a shower and toilet. The laundry is part of the downstairs bathroom and has an automatic washing machine with a clothesline outside. There is plenty of off street parking for cars and boats,one undercover carport and an enclosed backyard.
This is a non-smoking house(smoking allowed outside!)
