The downstairs flat can be rented during any week for $70 per night(not weekends)
The house will be available Mid-late August for 6 months, stays of more than 2 weeks possible.

TARIFF
High season: Xmas school holidays and Easter Week $ 1350.00 per week
Mid Season: End of Xmas school holidays to end of April( excluding Easter,all
other school holidays and September 1st to Xmas hols.) $800.00 per week
Low season: 1st May to 31st August inclusive $ 700.00 per week
Sleeps maximum of seven.
