Great family home. Just over the road from the lake,fishing platforms and dedicated walking
track to Mallacoota or Karbeethong Hill(or both if you are energetic!)
Jetty hire can be arranged. Heaps of off street parking.
Downstairs: huge entertainment area with enough room to seat 2 families,heaps of games,
TV,DVD player,bathroom, toilet, open plan kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms, both doubles and each having another single bed in the room.
Upstairs,via enclosed spiral staircase features another open plan kitchen,dining and living area
and three more bedrooms: 2 sets of bunks in one, and a double bed in both of the other two.
Toilet, shower,laundry with automatic washing machine.
Wood fired BBQ, gas BBQ.
Personal linen not supplied:sheets,doona covers,pillowcases,bathmats,teatowels and towels.
This is a NON-SMOKING house. No PETS please.
