Although central the area is secluded and well landscaped.
Downstairs is a single bed room with 2 beds,a bathroom, the laundry with automatic washing machine and an exit to the back patio and BBQ area.
Upstairs is an airy and spacious living and dining area with a bathroom,double bedroom and good sized kitchen, with a dishwasher and a microwave, full sized gas stove and fridge with freezer.
There is a TV, a video player, gas heating and air conditioning.
A sofa in the living room can be used as another bed if required.
Under cover parking for the car, off street parking for a boat.
No pets please.

Tariffs:
Christmas school holidays and Easter $950.00 per week for 6 (maximum)
Other school holidays, February to Easter $ 550.00 per week
The rest of the year $450.00 per week.
