Sem's place is a light,open and airy two bedroom holiday home, built to take advantage of the uninterrupted views of the Mallacoota Inlet and ocean break.

Located in Victoria's far-east Gippsland region,Mallacoota Inlet is halfway between Sydney and Melbourne and less than four hours from Canberra. Surrounded by the Croajingolong National Park, Mallacoota offers pristine beaches,lakes forests and rivers,as well as abundant marine life.
Awesome Fishing
Sem's Place is an ideal holiday home, located in a quiet court with restricted traffic flow and noise, and only metres away from fishing spots: Fisheries Point and Coulls Inlet. There are also fishing platforms in Brady and Bruce's paddocks, straight infront of the house.
It is also close to the centre of town and surf beaches(approximately 2 and 3 kms respectively, and an enjoyable walk along the lake front to reach them.

About the House
There is plenty of off-street parking,with room for a boat and trailer. The home is both practical and functional in design,with open plan living room,kitchen and meals area,all with views of the surrounding waterways and beyond,as we as morning sunrises.
The living room opens to an outdoor entertainment deck area, with gas bbq and outdoor furniture. This is also a great place to watch the effect of beautiful sunsets,for which the area is renowned.
Modern decor and fittings with an ocean theme are throughout,and provide the comforts of home for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday regardless of weather conditions.
as the home also overlooks a reserve, it provides heaps of room for children to play, but as the property is not fenced, it may not be suited to very young children.

Accommodation
The maximum number of guests is 5 in 2 bedrooms(1 queen bed and a double and single bunk in the other bedroom) There is an additional single fold out bed if required.
Blankets, doonas, pillows are supplied, bring the rest!
There is a hire linen service if you wish, (see tariff for charges)
